"No CC" Freebie Sites - What does that mean?

In the freebie community, a lot of people talk about "no cc" offers and sites that feature no cc offers. No CC stands for "No Credit Card." These offers therefore require no payment up front (and are usually free through the whole process - I haven't seen any that cost). Now, you may think, 'yeah, that's great' but I'm not getting a Free iPod from a site that nobody pays anything for.

WRONG!

Plenty of people offer free ipods through 'no cc' sites. One of these is Free4Every1 (click to see!). You do need to provide a valid address and contact information (many of them will call you and have you input a PIN). And they do indeed offer iPod shuffles, nanos, and classics. Very cool. Very cool. Of course, they also have a cashout route where you can take just cash (via PayPal) for a certain number of referrals. But I'll leave that up to you.

No CC sites are a great option for people who are nervous about putting credit card information on the internet, or people who simply do not use credit cards but would still be interested in the great offers these sites present.

Tools of the Trade - Watching your Progress/Referrals

Get your free iPod touch through Trainn or FreePay (Gratis Internet) now!

One of the great things about some of these free iPod sites is the variety of tools they offer. For example, most will include a quick mass-email option to let others know about your free stuff offers. You don't have to try and piece together a list of individuals and compose the email - it will include a link for them to follow to sign up for offers under you.

The email referral system for FreePay sites looks like this:

Another great tool, this one provided by Trainn, is one that lets you easily post your current prize you're going for and your progress on that freebie. It looks like this:

The great thing about this tool is that it does live updating. So people can see progress you make *live*. It's a great way for striking interest in people who can see just how well you're doing.

Earning your free iPod can be tedious, but with the right tools, you'll know you really can do it.

Free iPod Conga Lines - the long and short

Get your free iPod touch through Trainn or FreePay (Gratis Internet) now!

Conga Lines

The truth about conga lines is that they actually do work a bit like a pyramid scheme - that is, they only work as long as there are new people willing to try them out. That's not to say that it wouldn't work for you, but they are a little shady.

The basic idea of a Conga line is this. Say I don't know a lot of people that want to sign up for the offers available through Gratis or Trainn. So, I decide to join a conga line. Basically, I sign up under someone else's account (whoever is at the top of the conga line) with the promise that (eventually) I'll get moved to that top position. Once the originator gets all the signups (referrals) he needs, he gets popped out of line and the next guy down gets all the signups. So if I'm 5th in line, that means I get that top spot after 4 more people get all their signups.

Pretty cool, right? Well, say you're 5th in line and each person needs 5 referrals for their iPod - that means you're waiting for 20 more people to sign up. That shouldn't take too long on a pretty busy conga. But what if there are 10 people in front of you and they all need 8 referrals? You're now waiting on 80 individuals to sign up before you ever see that top spot. You just have to pray that the conga line keeps steam until you get there or - guess what - you just signed up for nothing.

That's why I personally don't recommend conga lines. There are much better approaches out there. Get the word out about how the sites really do work. Talk to friends or family members who would really be interested in some of the deals these guys run. Most people have a false concept that every offer you can sign up for through these sites are a ripoff - that's completely wrong! I got my first month of Blockbuster unlimited for $10 for the $18/month plan and I loved it!

Legit Free iPod Touch Offers - 3 Keys to Success

Get your free iPod touch through Trainn or FreePay (Gratis Internet) now!

What do you really need to know when considering trying to get a free iPod Touch? First off, you want to know it's a legitimate offer. Now, with anything "free" it's not really free. You need to understand a few things.

First, you probably will get some spam in whatever email address you use, but you want to use a legitimate one in order to ensure that you'll get notifications from the offer companies and can communicate with their customer service people if needed (I've had great experience from the Trainn sites' customer service so this really is pretty important).

The solution? Use GMail - best spam filtering I've seen from a free service EVER. And it's free. So why not? I've had occasional spam get through, but maybe 1 for every 100 spam emails it blocks and I feel good marking it as spam so other people don't get those in the future.

Second, just because it's "free" doesn't mean it's easy. You have to find your own creative ways to attract referrals. This takes real time and real effort. Don't expect people to just feel compassion for you and decide to sign up under you because you ask nicely. People also are guaranteed not to accidentally type your ref ID in when they're looking for a free iPod, PS3, or whatever.

The solution(s)? Get out there and be creative. Make a YouTube video. Make a blog dedicated to your efforts (like with blogger). Use social media sites like StumbleUpon and Facebook. There are plenty of people out there who would be interested, but that doesn't mean it's an easy ride. Again, put some effort into finding good referrals. It might take a while, but remember, this isn't really a "free" iPod.

Third, you will need to provide legitimate information to legitimate businesses. A lot of people are skeptical about giving out their info online and with good reason. There's plenty of cyber fraud going on. However, as long as you're using one of Trainn's sites (like YouriPodTouch4Free.com) or one of the Freepay sites (like ipods.freepay.com).

The solution? There's really no way around it - use legit information, but knowing that these companies have all been screened. It doesn't hurt to ensure the site's secure though. Make sure there's an "https://" heading in the address bar whenever you're submitting private information. Also, give the offers a real shot. Many of these are good offers and this is just their way of getting the word out about them. I've really enjoyed my Blockbuster Total Access account, for example.

You can get free stuff online

Get your free iPod touch through Trainn or FreePay (Gratis Internet) now!

What's the best way to get free iPods, PS3s, Wiis, iPhones, or cash online? There are a number of services out there that offer free services for signing up for offers and getting others to sign up. A large portion of these are legitimate businesses that have affiliate deals through the companies who extend the offers. The companies pay them and they use a portion of those payments to send out actual, honest-to-goodness Nintendo Wiis or PS3s or iPhones or iPod Touches or just straight up cash.

Keep reading this blog for good information, tips and tricks to help get you your own free stuff online.
